  • Boat charter & Private Fishing Trips Cancellation policy
  • Standard Cancellations: Full refund for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made 24 hours in advance.
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure.
  • Weather Conditions: In the event of unsafe weather conditions, we may cancel the trip and offer a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.
  • No Shows: Failure to arrive at the departure location on time is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
