Cancellation Policies

Course Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Fees: For a full refund, you must cancel at least 30 days before the experience’s start time.

If you cancel outside the free cancellation window, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee could be a percentage

of the course fee or, in some cases, the full course fee, depending on the timing and the provider’s specific terms.

No Refund for Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made on the day of the course or later than 24 hours of

the scheduled start time are typically non-refundable.

Mid-Course Cancellation: If a guest begins the course and chooses to cancel partway through, 50% of the full

course fee will be charged. This amount is considered non-refundable and will be collected in advance before the

course begins.

Provider-Specific Policies: Each dive center or provider may have its own specific cancellation terms. It’s

important to review their individual terms and conditions at the time of booking to understand any additional fees

or restrictions.

Communication: If you need to cancel or reschedule your course, please notify the dive center or provider

as early as possible. Prompt communication will help clarify any applicable policies and minimize potential

penalties.

Boat charter & Private Fishing Trips Cancellation policy

Standard Cancellations: Full refund for cancellations made at least 07 days before the scheduled departure

time.

50% refund for cancellations made after 07 days window time.

No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure.

Weather Conditions: In the event of unsafe weather conditions, we may cancel the trip and offer a full refund or

rescheduling at no extra cost.

No Shows: Failure to arrive at the departure location on time is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
